New Jersey and Virginia both had gubernatorial elections today, and there is also, of course, the infamous NY-23 race. So far, the GOP has claimed victory in Virginia already.
Republican Bob McDonnell has easily won the Virginia governor’s race just a year after the state went overwhelmingly for President Barack Obama and the Democrats.
Unofficial [...]

After Newt Gingrich declared that DeDe Scozzafava’s exit left and out of the NY-23 special election was the “statesmanlike thing to do,” DeDe be-itch slapped the brilliant Newt with her endorsement of Democrat David Owens.

Of course, Gingrich is now embracing Doug Hoffman and he said one thing – one thing [...]

I would say that this is shocking, but when it comes to Democrat-lite RINOs like John McCain and Dede Scozzafava, it isn’t really. They’re all about being beloved by the liberal establishment, and not so much concerned with conservative values and serving their constituents. All the goodies come with being adored by liberals, [...]

Palin comes out of this one shining like the star she is. She came out early and went with principled stance instead of the party tow like some. Suddenly, however, certain folks are singing different tunes like “Johnny come Lately.” However, Palin’s been on the winning side early, and now takes the [...]

In the now-infamous NY-23 race, the GOP establishment (thanks, Newt Gingrich) unsurprisingly endorsed a RINO Republican in Dede Scozzafava. I haven’t covered it much here because it absolutely saturated the blogosphere. Her challenger, Doug Hoffman, is an actual conservative who yet again didn’t receive the support of the GOP establishment. The blogosphere [...]

The Republican National Committee has launched a new website geared heavily towards social media, a good move in an age when these services are becoming increasingly popular with and important to political grass roots movements.
Check it out at http://www.gop.com/.
When you get there, a mini Michael Steele, current Party Chairman, will walk out [...]

Rasmussen polling group has recently reported its findings on the upcoming California Senate race and the results seem to say that the National Republican Senate Committee has jumped the gun by endorsing a candidate so early in the race.
To date, Rasmussen has found that incumbent Senator Barbara Boxer (D) is holding her [...]

Former GOP candidate for president and highest profile Republican Senator, John McCain (R, AZ), appeared in town this weekend to stump for Mark Kirk’s Senatorial campaign.
McCain appeared side-by-side with Representative Kirk in Glenview on Sunday.
Now, I suppose that if you want to make a wild guess, you can feel sanguine that the [...]

First of all, I know it looks impossible to even say, so let’s clear up that last name. It’s pronounced An-gee-ef-ski. I know, I know, that means here in Illinois we could possibly go from a Governor Blagojevich to an Andrzejewski. But the difficult last name should stand as the only [...]
