Congratulations to 6-year-old Zachary Christie on having his sentence lessened from 45 days in a snake pit to a 3–5-day suspension for the non-crime of bringing his Cub Scout camping knife-fork-spoon to school. Unfortunately, Zachary’s case isn’t an isolated incident. This one may even top it:
A 17-year-old Eagle Scout in upstate New York has been [...]

Out of Georgia comes a heart warmer about the Boy Scouts for a change. Instead of radical gays attacking this noble organization, instead of extremist left-wing politicians trying to make a name for themselves by attacking one of America’s finest youth organizations, we have a story that makes you smile. And you [...]

The ACLU, beacon of Hypocrisy and Haters of all that is wholesome has been suing the Boy Scouts since at least 1999.
The ACLU, in all of their hypocritical glory, went after the Boy Scouts (still) in San Diego. The ACLU contends that the government leasing facilities to the ACLU is tantamount to the [...]

At the Eagle Forum session, lawyers discussed the need for a stronger focus on activist judges and the role the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) plays in breaking down traditional American society through lawsuits.
Schlafly, who has been an ardent anti-pornography activist, began the session in celebration of the [...]

What times we live in when a city government has nothing better to do than to kick the Boy Scouts out of their headquarters for standing by their principles. Nice to see the Boy Scouts continue to fight for their principles, and not let the big, bad government run over them.
The Boy Scouts of [...]
Governor Perry new book takes shots at the ACLU

Rick Perry, the govern of my home state of Texas, released a new book last month entitled “On My Honor: Why the American Values of the Boy Scounts are Worth Fighting For”. I just finished it and it was well worth the time to read, and confirms my high opinion of Governor Perry. While he comes down on the wrong side (IMHO) on the “nature vs. nurture” discusion, he certainly pulls no punches in his defence of the Boy Scouts and his attach on the ACLU.

Old article, but worth a read…..
The founder of the American Civil Liberties Union was a card-carrying communist whose goal was to undermine the Judeo-Christian foundations of America, according to author David Kupelian.
The ACLU is “engaged in trying to eliminate every vestige of Judeo-Christian expression in public places in America,†Kupelian explained in his landmark book, [...]

The Philadelphia Boy Scouts could find themselves booted from their historic dowtown headquarters Monday unless a dispute with City Hall over the group’s anti-gay policies is resolved.
The Cradle of Liberty Council—Philadelphia’s Boy Scout chapter—has been housed in an historic building in downtown Philly for almost 80 years, paying almost nothing for the prime piece [...]

If you were to make a list of political positions for Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani and compare them you would be lucky if you didn’t get them confused. I’m not sure why he is doing so well in the polls. Part of me imagines that it is the image of leadership America [...]

This is interesting. I’m sure the mayor has heard the message now. Hopefully he will listen.
Outraged citizens crashed the e-mail system of the Philadelphia mayor’s office after the city accused the local Boy Scouts chapter of discriminating against homosexuals and forced the organization to pay $200,000 rent for its city-owned headquarters.
About 150,000 Boy [...]
Philly punishes Scouts over ‘gay’ issue

It really is an assault on a private organization that practices a true freedom to admit whom they want and exclude those deemed not to meet their moral standards. So, should it be acceptable for them to be discriminated against because they are not politically correct? The question isn’t really about the rent [...]

The Kansas Republican has reintroduced the Public Expression of Religion Act (PERA), which seeks to change how attorneys’ fees are granted in cases involving the Establishment Clause of [...]
