This report is from the Family Research Council in Washington D.C. Parents report that their parental rights to prior notification of same-sex-education was denied - BECAUSE, same-sex-marriage is legal in Massachusetts - and legal makes it normal and right. This father ended up in handcuffs and in jail.

People should also be aware of the 9th circuit …

Palmdale, California learned that their children’s school had permitted researchers to interview first, third and fifth grade students about such things as sexual urges and fantasies, they became outraged and took the matter to court.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case and concluded that when parents place their children in a public school, they forfeit any right to determine what or how their children are taught. The school may teach anything it wishes in any way it wishes. It may allow researchers, special interests, social activists, and anyone else it chooses access to students.

The Supreme Court has ruled EXTENSIVELY in regards to a parent’s rights to care, cusody, and control of their children - including decisions about upbringing and education, and this right is cited frequently as a Constitutional right under the 14th amendment. What they’ve done, in refusing to allow these parents to decide and then illegally arresting him for protesting and exercising his parental rights, is unconstitutional in every way, shape, and form.
