David Corn’s Dishonest B.S. Argument Against McCain

David Corn tries to imply that this video of Rod Parsley is the moral equivalence to Obama’s hate filled racist preacher. Watch the video. I don’t hear him saying G.D. AmeriKKK! I don’t hear him blaming the U.S. government for creating the AIDS virus to wipe out the blacks. Much of what he says is exposing the evil truth of Islam. Besides, even though he says some things many disagree with, it is a completely different picture than Obama’s 20 year relationship with his pastor.
David Corn thinks that McCain should reject his endorsement, and that of the more controversial minister Hagee. There is a better argument for Hagee, but it still falls flat in comparing it as morally equivalent to Obama’s relationship with his radical preacher. Even my usually more honest friend, the gun-toting liberal fell for Corn’s argument. I explained in a comment there:
There is a HUGE difference between sitting in the pews of a hate filled racist preacher’s church for 20 years, and “not rejecting” someone’s endorsement. Accepting an endorsement means you recognize that the endorser endorses your views, not that you endorse theirs.
It is dishonest to try and paint Hagee as McCain’s “spiritual guide” when McCain only called him A spiritual guide. Furthermore, it won’t incite much rage to quote a preacher saying that “Islam is the greatest religious enemy of our civilization and the world” because many people believe this is truth. Of course his other statements are outrageous and ridiculous, but McCain didn’t carry his children to this man’s church for 20 years.

Corn who has been notoriously anti-Christian in many of his writings could be excused for being ignorant of Christian doctrine which commands it’s followers to “expose the darkness” and “preach the Good News”, and which teaches that Jesus Christ alone is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
While not a fan of Parlsey (A proponent of the heretical “word faith” movement) he is correct in his call for Christians to eradicate Islam which is according to the Bible and Christian doctrine a “false religion”.
In Corn’s comparison Wright’s rantings have nothing at all in common with Parsley. Wright’s ’sermons’ spoke little of theology, coming instead from his ignorance and racism.
If McCain wants to separate himself from the truth of Christian doctrine so be it, but Corn’s comparison is ridiculous and lame.

Its nothing more then the Liberals trying to play the race game and this time it will not work. Obama still has not said out right that he has disowned the friendship with His Pastor Rev. Wright. And his Terrorists friend who was pictured a few days ago is standing on the AMERICAN FLAG! They can try all they want but come the General Election this is going to blow up in there face as more friends of OBAMA are uncovered and the American people have already seen what his judgment is. Obama and his wife and kids listened to Wrights comments and Obama’s Judgments is 20 years and still Judging. So in a nut shell Obama is the Man in The Mirror but not for change that’s for sure. Could you imagine a republican attending a Church that’s supported nothing but whites and comments on how the KKK was a good group. Then 20 years later says he never heard any such comments. Then says well he was like a crazy uncle and said some things i do not agree with. Then i was not there when those comments was made. The liberals and the media would have a field day with that and the Republican would be kicked out of the race or demanded to be kicked out by civil rights groups. But here with Obama the so called civil rights groups agree with what was said by Wright and Obama is still his Buddy. What’s next Obama will say Farakon will be his running mate. The terrorists love Obama maybe because he is one of them? But they do love him and want him to win so Obama will knell to the terrorists just as liberal Democrats have always done and they don’t want to stop racism they want to keep it live and well in this country because they use it to get elected! All races in this country have been played by politicians on both sides and it needs to stop. Start by removing all single race groups and have just one where you either come together and work things out or just take your hate and leave this country. Single race groups or so called civil rights groups are breeding grounds for racism!
Obama has no policy answers! Only thing he has to say is CHANGE. Yea change the Brave America to the Weak and the gutless America if he is elected!
And any Liberal Democrat who if elected will destroy this country. Just look around in America and see what they have not done and there are your answers!
Corn’s been pushing this for two months and whined on FOX that no one was paying attention to him. It went viral today. The left really can’t find much ammo to use against McCain, so they’re headlining their pathetic blogs by changing what McCain has said about radical Islamists into a war on Islam. Just like Muslims change the topic of disagreement with Islam into “hate speech against Muslims.” It’s dishonest and Corn is dishonest, a dhimmi, and an enabler for the radicals who will love him as much as they seem to adore Obama.
