LiveLeak Pulls Fitna Due to Death Threats
Posted on March 28, 2008
Reactions were as predicted from the Muslim world. They don’t want the truth to be known. The film was pulled from Liveleak:
Following threats to our staff of a very serious nature, and some ill informed reports from certain corners of the British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our staff, Liveleak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove Fitna from our servers.
This is a sad day for freedom of speech on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our staff above all else. We would like to thank the thousands of people, from all backgrounds and religions, who gave us their support. They realised LiveLeak.com is a vehicle for many opinions and not just for the support of one.
Perhaps there is still hope that this situation may produce a discussion that could benefit and educate all of us as to how we can accept one anothers culture.
We stood for what we believe in, the ability to be heard, but in the end the price was too high.
A sad day for Freedom of Speech indeed. Here is the video via Daily Motion:

Maybe I have just become jaded, maybe I have no soul, but this film did not move me other than simply from the recall of the emotions of the Tower Attacks. It is all things that I have seen before and it doesn’t measure up to the hype. I was very disappointed.
Blah, blah, blah, yes, Muslims kill all people that are not Muslims, we get it. Can we get back to killing Muslim terrorists now, please?
Liberalism is winning….. with that muzzel and leash on we will never be able to exterminate the vermin, internal and external
The movie won’t do anything to the people that actually know what’s going on with Islam and terrorism. It’s geared more toward the folks that think Islam is really the Religion of Peace it claims to be.
I got my copy of Fitna saved, just waiting to get back home this week and put it up.
David Miliband, the Foreign Secretary, said “we hold fast and firm to European values of freedom of speechâ€. However, speaking in Slovenia where he was attending talks with his EU counterparts, he added that “in each of our countries there are legal and judicial systems to ensure that freedom is not used to incite religious or racial hatredâ€.
Extortion is a criminal offence whereby an individual obtains desired behavior from another by wrongfully threatening or inflicting harm to his person.
As a result of serious death threats, LiveLeak withdrew fitna from its servers. It will be interesting to see if the British hold “fast and firm” to criminal justice and investigate those who used extortion to obtain the removal of Fitna from the public forum.
Most Europeans have become cowards without a survival instinct. What has happened to them? Good for Geert Wilder for boldly moving ahead with telling the truth about Islamofascism which is on a murder rampage around the world. It’s a truth that no one wants to hear…not even the potential victims.
Where the F* is the ACLU regarding this censorship and trampling of freedom of speech by Network Solutions?
I know they are busy working on a case to get some derailed arabs a visum so they can speak.
But what about the fact that **MY** freedom of speech and freedom to read what I want is being limited?
Does the ‘A’ in ACLU stand for American or for ‘Arab’?
I’m pretty sure it stands for A$$holes.
Those who make these threats are a bunch of miserble facless cowards lets turn some pigs lose in their area and scare the heck out of them
