ACLU Finds Secret Torture Memos; Leftards Waterboard One Another

The process was supposed to resemble the process that CIA interrogators are believed to have used on terror detainees until a few years ago. However, Ebrahimzadeh’s interrogators put a plastic cage between his face and the cloth to make sure he did not inhale too much water and, potentially, drown or asphyxiate.
Update: Kender notices in this video at the 46 second mark…that when the towel is removed it keeps a shape. If you pour a gallon of water on a towel, it does not keep shape like this. There is a shield of some type under the towel keeping the water from getting into the participant’s nose and mouth. Watch closely. Nothing but propaganda.
Of course, if they really were to do this to one another for political propaganda, how would that justify that it is wrong to do it to a dangerous terrorist that has information that could save thousands of lives? They would kinda be defeating their own purpose wouldn’t they? So, since it is obviously fake…why is the moonbat whining and sniffling so much?
What better way to prove that waterboarding is torture than to perform it on one another in front of the Capitol? It is now official. More liberals have been waterboarded than terrorists. According to the left, this is one of America’s worst forms of “torture”. What a bunch of B.S! If the terrorists whine as much as this moonbat after going through this, and give up the answers we need to save lives…I don’t see the problem.

Until now, the existence of only two of those memos had been reported and it was not known precisely when the memos had been written. The memos are believed to have authorized the CIA to use extremely harsh interrogation methods including waterboarding.

“These torture memos should never have been written, and it is utterly unacceptable that the administration continues to suppress them while at the same time declaring publicly that it abhors torture,” said Jameel Jaffer, Director of the ACLU’s National Security Project. “It is now obvious that senior administration officials worked in concert over a period of several years to evade and violate the laws that prohibit cruelty and torture. Some degree of accountability is long overdue.”
The ACLU go on to praise the NY Times for disclosing our interrogation methods to the world which helped propagandize the enemy into some poor victim. Besides, a CNN poll just made it official…waterboarding IS torture. End of story. I’m obviously in the 29% minority here, but so be it. It may be rough, but I wouldn’t define it torture. If it gets the answers we need that can save lives…I don’t see what the problem is. I guess I’m just mean or something.
Keep in mind that the Bush Administration has only authorized this particular interrogation technique to be used on 3 detainees, one of those being Kalid Sheik Muhammed, one of the masterminds of 911. We also later learned that it was this technique of interrogation that made him crack and spill the beans. Just keep that in mind so you get the whole picture.
The ACLU are also upset that Congress isn’t making Michael Mukasey answer any questions on waterboarding. They feel he should condemn it and get their blessing before being allowed to become Attorney General.
The Captain makes the great point…if waterboarding should be illegal, then Congress should get the courage to outlaw it instead of trying to shift that to the AG.
Clearly this is a matter which Congress needs to resolve. Ambiguity serves no real purpose now. Instead of shifting responsibility to the Department of Justice to interpret poorly-written laws, the same leadership in the Senate and House demanding an end to waterboarding need to take the actions necessary to ensure its cessation.

I am sick and tired of hearing the libs denouncing torture
and defending alleged rights for humane treatment of captured
terrorists. They are prisoners of war. The libs claim that
torture is prohibited by the Geneva Convention. Somebody needs
to tell them that the terrorists are not signers to the Geneva
Convention. Where was their outrage at seeing American soldiers
decapitated and other physical atrocities done to their bodies?
It´s the same mindset on domestic crime, the criminal gets the
rights and the victim probably deserved it.
Of course you neocons would think this isn’t torture. What is it with you rethugs, does not having brains making you a republiKKKan or being a racist removes your brains.
What would you do if:
Another country invaded your country based on lies.
if you were unemployed and meanwhile the foreigners who are occupying your country are making billions?
if you saw your family and friends being blown to hell?
if you didn’t have running water and you only had electricity for a few hours a day?
if you had to wait in line for more than six hours to get gas?
if you walked out of your home and the smell of rotten corpses filled the air?
if at night you heard gun shots and bombs going off?
if you had to stop at checkpoints and be searched by foreign occupiers?
if the leader of those occupiers said that they aren’t leaving until they’re ready to leave?
Is it bath time at the Code Pink circus?
Anytime those circus freaks want a demonstration of REAL waterboarding, I’d be happy to help. Just line them up and pass me the hose.
