Ann Coulter Claim is “Hate Speech,” American Jewish Committee Says

Christians must not say that their religion is right. Only Muslims can do that:

“The American Jewish Committee on Friday announced that the organization is outraged by Ann Coulter’s assertion, made while she was on the Donny Deutsch CNBC show “The Big Idea,” that Jews require “perfecting” by becoming Christians. Coulter expressed the idea that Judaism should be discarded, that Jews required Christianity to be “perfected”, and that Christianity holds out the unique promise of a “fast track” to God.

“Ms. Coulter’s assertion that Jews are somehow religiously imperfect smacks of the most odious anti-Jewish sentiment. One would think she would know better than to utter such intolerant words,” said AJC President Richard J. Sideman.

Once upon a time every Christian denomination believed that it alone had the whole truth. Many still do. Jehovah’s Witnesses refer to their religion as “The Truth”. But it is apparently now incorrect for a Christian (which Ann is) to say so.

The numerous Jewish “Haredim” are pretty emphatic that they are right too. The AJC members should grow up. They are just another Leftist outfit anyway.

WOW…I’m impressed. You guys are coming to the aid of Ann Coulter. What impresses me is that I thought Evangelicals believe the jews are God’s “chosen people”. So kodo’s for coming Ann’s defense when she is speaking the truth, on all Catholics (myself) and other Christians believe. And not some corputed version that Dr. Dobson, and John Hagee preach.

Nice to see the New Testament being represented. And NO, it is NOT Anti-Semitic to believe this.

I love Ann Coulter. Here is what happened. On CNBC’s “Big Idea” program with Donnie Deutsch, after Deutsch asked Coulter what an ideal nation would look like. “It would look like New York City during the Republican National Convention,” Coulter said. She said that’s her idea of heaven: a place filled with “happy” people who are “Christian” and “tolerant” and who “defend America.” “We just want the Jews to be perfected, as they say… That’s what Christianity is — we believe the Old Testament, but ours [New Testament] is more like Federal Express, Coulter said. “You (Jews) have to obey laws. We (Christians) know we’re all sinners…”

She has Orthodox Jews backing her. It is the Secularist,Jews or otherwise, who find what she states is blaspheme. They must wonder who dares to take scripture as God’s word.
