Students Protest Pledge of Allegiance

Posted on September 28, 2007

Ah, the beauty of freedom of speech. It allows moonbat indoctrinated children to make complete fools of themselves.

Members of the activist Student Worker club are inviting their peers to leave class every Thursday at 8:30 a.m. — when the pledge is recited over the intercom — and meet in the courtyard to say a revised version of the pledge that doesn’t reference God.

I really can’t blame the kids too much, they’ve been taught all their life through today’s culture that ‘under God’ is evil and ‘religious oppression’. So, these moonbat kids have decided to re-write the Pledge to a more politically correct version.

I pledge allegiance to the flag and my constitutional rights with which it comes. And to the diversity, in which our nation stands, one nation, part of one planet, with liberty, freedom, choice and justice for all.

diversity: This refers to ethnic, racial, sexual orientation, etc.

part of one planet: I think this one is two fold, but I’m not sure. I think its a salute to the tree huggers, but even more it seems to cut at the soverignty of our country.

“with liberty, freedom, choice“: I think we all know what ‘choice’ they are referring to here. It most definitely isn’t school choice.

Wow! A perfect pledge to the left! Whats next? Maybe they will write up a new Constitution? Oh thats right, they don’t have to do that…its a ‘living document.’ Give me a break! I fear that this country is going down the crapper. Just one more reason to homeschool.

Like I said before. I can’t blame the kids too much. They haven’t been educated on our true history and heritage and how the foundation of our freedom is based in the idea that our rights are God given and not something granted from the government. While ‘under God’ is only a recent addition to the pledge, the idea is part of our founding. Below is a little education for them.

I’d love to get a follow up of this. Where are they now?
