Former ACLU Chapter President Arrested for Child Pornography

Federal agents arrested Charles Rust-Tierney, the former president of the Virginia chapter of the ACLU, Friday in Arlington for allegedly possessing child pornography.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by ABC News, Rust-Tierney allegedly used his e-mail address and credit card to subscribe to and access a child pornography website.
The complaint states that federal investigations into child pornography websites revealed that “Charles Rust-Tierney has subscribed to multiple child pornography website over a period of years.”
As recently as last October, the complaint alleges, “Rust-Tierney purchased access to a group of hardcore commercial child pornography websites.”
Since the ACLU thinks that child pornography should be legal, it is not surprising to read that it is against making it a felony to advertise, sell, purchase, barter, exchange, give, or receive child pornography. It is particularly distressed about the prohibition on advertisement, arguing that “the law cannot expect every publisher to decode every advertisment for some hidden and sinister meaning,†as if it took a technician-armed with a special decoding device-to ferret out pictures of children ludely exhibiting their genitals. Complaint Alleges Access to Graphic Material
Rust-Tierney admitted to investigators that he had downloaded videos and images from child pornography websites onto CD-ROMs, according to the complaint.
Dan Riehl at Riehl World View, says: “Hmm. Just doing research, no doubt.”
The videos described in the complaint depict graphic forcible intercourse with prepubescent females. One if the girls is described in court documents as being “seen and heard crying”, another is described as being “bound by rope.”
The investigation is being conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and the Arlington County Police as part of the Northern Virginia and District of Columbia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Rust-Tierney made an initial appearance in a federal court in Alexandria, VA, Friday. He is being detained pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday, February 28.
Youth Coach, Argued Against Restricting Public Internet
Rust Tierney coaches various youth sports teams in and around Arlington, Virginia, according to court documents.
In the past, Rust-Tierney had argued against restricting Internet access in public libraries in Virginia, writing, “Recognizing that individuals will continue to behave responsibly and appropriately while in the library, the default should be maximum, unrestricted access to the valuable resources of the Internet.”

Is anyone really surprised over this news? The way the ACLU has supported, not only defended, child porn, NAMBLA and other evilness indicates strongly that officials within the organization probably participate in child porn, NAMBLA, etc. I don’t think this will be the last direct connection ACLU officials will have.
The only thing that surprises about this story is that only one ACLU president was arrested! Don’t all ACLU members support child porn? Don’t all ACLU members support every deviant activity anytime anyplace anywhere?
I noticed the blurbs about this in the MSM were buried. Even then, they softened the report. Instead of stating directly that his videos “included sadistic cases of young children screaming in pain and horror while being bound, tortured and brutally raped,” they suggested that he is “alleged” to have videos depicting “…graphic forcible intercourse with prepubescent females. If this were a conservative, it would be on the front page, at the top of the hour, and repeated ad naseum. The accusations would be unsoftened, if not amplified and exaggerated. Remember the treatment Rush Limbaugh received by the media for offenses that pale in comparison to what Charles Rust-Tierney has done.
Makes me sick….whether he actually acted out his sick fantasies or not, he is responsible for creating a market for this crap. He has innocent blood on his hands. Imagine taking pleasure in the violation of innocence and purity; relishing the destruction of virtue in an beautiful child…I am not surprised to find out that he is a member of the ACLU as theirs is an organized mission to tear down anything that is virtuous, or moral. His behavior is consistent with his philosophy.

Rust-Tierney’s wife is an advocate for the abolishion of the death penalty for criminals.
How ironic! Her husband is among my top candidates for criminals that deseve to be put down.
What the heck is wrong with these people? Watch how the MSM will try to defend this perv.
Mark my words, they are going to say he’s “sick” and needs psyhchiatric help. What he needs is a trip to the gallows!

Major airlines express thanks daily that we are there to keep the next group of 9-11 suicide Muslims off their flights. Even though I think religious freedom is important this whole business of Extreme Jihadist Islam is one of the major issues we are facing in the 21st century. I am trying to do something about it!
