Abramoff Ordered to Prison, Clinton Appointee Effectively Ends Further Investigation

Well, the Federal Judge in the Abramoff case has ordered him to prison:
After granting several delays, the federal judge in Florida, who sentenced Abramoff to six years for fraud in a casino boat gambling scheme, has ordered him to report to prison tomorrow.
Why is that so odd? Well, prosecutors wanted more time to question him:
