Throughout her legal career, Lynne Stewart has represented terrorists, both domestic and international. From the notorious Weatherman of the 1960s to the islamic terrorists who bombed the World Trade Center in the 1990s, Lynne Stewart has made a career out of representing and supporting those who are sworn to destroy our Country.

On February 10, 2005, Lynne Stewart was convicted of helping terrorists by smuggling messages of violence from one of her imprisoned clients — a radical Egyptian sheik — to his terrorist disciples on the outside.

Lynne Stewart was convicted of providing material support, through a press conference and allowing access by her translator, to a terrorist conspiracy to kill persons outside of the United States and conspiring to defraud the U.S. government when acting as counsel to Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, the blind Egyptian cleric who was convicted in 1996 of plotting terrorist attacks against various sites in the New York City area. Finally caught in the snares of justice, Lynne Stewart is now facing sentencing for her crimes, and your help is needed to be sure she receives the maximum sentence allowable by law.

So let your voices be heard! Urge this judge to make an example of this traitor. Ask for the maximum punishment available. Let all the jihad lawyers see that we will not tolerate or show any mercy on traitors.

I don’t know what argument you could make that the attorneys haven’t already. I certainly hope that judges don’t decide sentences based on polls.

They always have, they just call them … jurys.

I could be wrong loboinok, but I don’t believe that juries hand out sentences very often.

The judge “polls” the jury, and yes, sometimes the jury does “handout” the sentence.

The Patriot Act has been audited for abuses by many organizations, led by the ACLU. In fact, the Patriot Act has served to move national security forward by leaps and bounds by clarifying ambiguous laws, updating outdated laws, and, yes, strengthening some older laws to help in fighting a new type of war. Regardless of the obvious factual basis for the existence and usage of the Patriot Act, groups such as the ACLU maintain a constant search, with torches and pitchforks at the ready, for any reason to slay this law for protecting our national security.
Others have identified the President George W. Bush as the monster for everything from the usage of National Security Letters (NSL’s) to when the wind blows the wrong way. Any attempt to challenge these naysayers with facts is met with the usual accusations that “fruitful debate” is being quashed. Meanwhile time passes and division, indecision, and, worst of all, inaction, is the order of the day.
Are we all too cowardly to do anything more than just write our whining litanies?
Where are the people strong enough to do something to STOP THE ACLU ?
