We know that the ACLU has defended the North American Man-Boy Love Association.
I wonder if they would welcome a “NAMBLA Political Party” like the “PNVD party” in the Netherlands?
“A Dutch court refused Monday to ban a political party whose main goal is to lower the age of sexual consent from 16 to 12. The judge said it was the voters’ right to judge the appeal of political parties.”

Oak Leaf can’t understand the difference between defending what one says versus defending their right to say it. If the ACLU to into consideration the politics of their clients before accepting a case, they probably never would have represented Rush Limbaugh.
A libertarian party that even the average libertarian may think has gone too far.
The ACLU always considers the politics of their clients before they take a case. Rush Limbaugh was a PR case.
Correction in my opinion Rush Limbaugh was a PR case. His case was also drug related and the ACLU seems to take the libertarian position on drugs.
