As anyone who has been following the kerfluffle regarding Ned Karieva’s posting of someone’s address (which was an address they apparently had in 2004 and had already moved before the address was posted in 2006, so really it is a moot point) they know that this site is under attack by the cowardly s**ts at Daily Kos.
Never mind the fact that the Kos-Sacks are twisting it into race/religious based attack.
Ignore, if you can, the blazing hypocrisy of the threats and insults that come from the left side of the blogosphere on a daily basis, only to hear those same voices scream “assault” and “terrorist threat” when someone dares to call those fu**ing cowards out.
I dont’ write at this site near enough, and one of the reasons is that I don’t watch my language.
I hope the rough language shakes you up.
But I am getting off point.
The case against Ned is irrelevent for the purposes of this post, it is simply the catalyst. If Ned posted public info, no crime was committed, and no matter how much you pissants whine and ask the lawyers amongst your ranks to explain if a case can be made for assault, the fact remains that whining will not change the law, you will not get your way, and you will have that tingling little feeling of defeat gnaw deep down in the center of your ever expanding middle aged gut.
No, the point of this post is to say, to Jay and all of our allies in the quest to stop the ACLU’s attack on our culture and history, is let it drop.
You won’t get anywhere by arguing with the cowardly little bit*hes that inhabit that sick, twisted and demented little world of the DK.
Wanna know why?
Because they are cowards.
It’s true.
They will hide behind their keyboards banging away and tossing their lies and twisted thinking into cyberspace, firm in the knowledge that they will never have to answer for their words, knowing that if they are ever confronted by someone they can always turn and run and they don’t have to take responsibility for their deeds or actions.
Some of you may remember that I wandered into the Kos Kamp in Vegas recently and actually asked some questions. Leading questions designed to make someone rise and defend themselves, to be sure, but these were the vaunted KOSSACKS, Defenders of Truth, Justice and the Multi-Cultural Way. One would expect people that so readily toss out insults such as “mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, right-wing howler monkey” to be ready for an argument, and a loud rough one, at any time.
But they aren’t.
They aren’t worth taking the time to acknowledge, usually, and the only reason I am doing so now is that I find it amusing that a group of people that act so brave online, yet so cowardly in person can manage to hold such huge double standards (dont’ post private info unless it hurts right wingers-kill babies not murderers and a whole host of other issues that have double standards) while scolding other people.
Waitwaitwait……that reminds me of a good one.
I saw, not too long ago, a story about a group in San Francisco that was marching in support of the pali’s, and for those of you that may have missed the memo, the pali’s are islamists.
Islamists hate gay people.
This group that was marching in support of the islamists were gay.
See the disconnect?
This is what you deal with on Kos.
Part of the reason I started WAR was because I know that libs can’t stand against me in an argument verbally. I type slowly, much, much slower than I talk, and much as I enjoy the discourse online, face to face I can shred leftist arguments so fast that the only way to make a bigger,bloodier mess is to toss a puppy into a tree shredder.
Bunches of people that talk big behind their computer and call people all sorts of names, that is all the Kos-Sacks are.
But in essence the people on the left, like many that write at Kos, have no character. Because when you have character you don’t say one thing online and another in person. You “back your sh*t up” as they say, walk the walk and talk the talk, and the idiots on the left don’t do that.
So let them rant and lie and try to make this whole issue with Ned into a race based thing, because all they are doing is twisting their own nipples and whining for more milk.
At the end of the day the people with the CHARACTER will be the ones standing, because it is the people with character that will stand up for what they believe in, and the people without character will go cry in their diaries.

I wouldn’t use the word whining, but on a daily basis these sites ‘whine’ about execution of precedent supported law. Consider that when you attack someone for reinterpreting the letter of law.

Kender, the rough language does shake one up - in a bad way. General “Jumping” Jack Singlaub, a leader I respect, said in his autobiography “Hazardous Duty” something to the effect that a good leader never curses at his subordinates.So the question becomes “Are you a good leader?” I believe stoptheaclu.com, as a leader in it’s field, should refrain from such language. Please blank out the curse words with asterisks so that minors who read this site can be protected.
That being said, it’s obvious that charges by the left are spurious and lack merit. The community outrage that this family is hiding from is due to their association with the ACLU and their lawsuits designed to outrage the community, not by a website that publishes their public address and advises people to write a letter to them. Frankly, if I sued to change a community for the worst, I too would try to hide, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone published my address which I have to put on the public lawsuit papers.We have elections and secret votes so that any community can be changed without harrassment to voters - making laws are not what lawsuits are for. That’s one reason why votes are secret and lawsuits public.The reason ACLU and it’s plaintiffs fight with lawsuits instead of secret elections is because they can’t win on votes. So they go the (public!) lawsuit route to force the unwilling majority to their unpopular agenda. How is that Nedd’s fault? It’s not. Blaming him is just a way for left wing idealogues to cover up for the ACLU, who often con plaintiffs into taking the heat for their wacky legal actions.

And a racial slur that is not common where I am, so it is a word that is far removed from my vocabulary and radar….in fact, I am more likely to use the word “Wop” than “Spick”, because my “eye-talian” friends are often referred to as “Wops” by me, just as they call me “that smart-a**** little mick bas****.”

If you alter the meaning of “free speech” from what it originally meant are you not then using the law meant protect to deprive the people of the United States of the rights they once had.
That is what the living constitution theory the ACLU supports does.
The ACLU does not support free speech unless it promotes their immoral agenda. The author of comment 41 need to read his comment closely as the first paragraph does not have any meaning.
I am sorry, I have a different way of writing sometimes but it does have meaning. To rephrase what I stated When you change the meaning of “free speech” then you violate the intent of the protection of “free speech” clause.
