NYT As Delusional As Daily KOS

As if we needed any more proof of the leftist leans of the New York Times, Adam Nagourney has written a piece completely enamored with Daily
POS, I mean KOS, and their collection of imbeciles meeting this weekend at the Riviera in Las Vegas Nevada.
In his article, Nagourney completely discounts Conservatives in the blogosphere and declares that it belongs to the left as much as political talk radio belongs to the right.
As became clear from the rather large and diverse crowd here, the blogosphere has become for the left what talk radio has been for the right: a way of organizing and communicating to supporters. Blogging is nowhere near the force among Republicans as it is among Democrats, and talk radio is a much more effective tool for Republicans.
So let’s explore his theory for just one moment. According to TTLB Ecosystem, here are the top 10 blogs in the blogosphere.
1.Instapundit.com (4850) details - somewhat right when he wants to be.
2.Michelle Malkin (4595) details - right.
3.Daily Kos: State of the Nation (3827) details - far left.
4.lgf: put your foot on the rock (3206) details - right.
5.Captain’s Quarters (2977) details - right.
6.Power Line (2902) details - right.
7.Stop The ACLU (2289) details - right (better be I write there).
8.Mudville Gazette (2249) details - right.
9.Hugh Hewitt (2242) details - right.
10.ScienceBlogs (2164) details - I’m not familiar with this one.
Seems to me that I’ve identified 8 out of the top 10 blogs in the ecosphere as being Conservative in nature. So where does Nagourney get his information? From the pitiful turn out of 1,000 bloggers at Yearly POS, I mean KOS. The conference of leftist bloggers gathering in Las Vegas.
Oh, and in case you are wondering, I rank #178 out of 56,081 bloggers being tracked by TTLB. Yearly POS, I mean KOS, has attracted 1,000 bloggers out of 56,081. Seems kind of lame numbers to be claiming dominance huh?
1,000?!? I can’t believe that the Riviera would accommodate such a small gathering. If Nagourney considers a gathering of 1,000 bloggers a sign of dominance in the blogosphere, perhaps he should have attended the Fair Tax Rally in Georgia last week. It is said that there were 6,000 there and 3,000 had to be turned away. MsUnderestimated has more details about that gathering at her blog.
In an answer to Yearly POS, I mean KOS, I would hope that Nagourney pays attention in October 2007 when Conservative bloggers hold our rally in Reno. For those who are unaware of it visit the official Blogging Man 2007 website. Yours truly will be attending and W.A.R. plans on running live broadcasts from the festivities as they happen. We should be able to get some good interviews and highlight some of our fellow Conservative Bloggers.
So no Mr. Nagourney, the blogosphere doesn’t belong to the left. We dominate talk radio and the blogosphere. The left only has a hold on television and print journalists like you.
