World Trade Center Trailer

I’m not sure I trust Oliver Stone with a movie like this, but watching the images of the trailer gave me the chills. I hope it isn’t full of some crazy consipiracy theories and fully respects the horror of that day. Please share your thoughts on this in the comments.

Cranky Insomniac says those that bash the film before seeing it are acting prematurely.

Chilling and moving trailer. I was getting choked up a bit. Indeed I share your doubts about Stone, but I’ve heard from other sources that this film stays away from political statements and focuses on the human story. God willing, it will — this is too profound of a story to be handled carelessly by a freakoid conspiracy theorist! Fingers crossed…

The lump currently residing in my chest and throat is almost unbearable. That Stone created this may or may not be an argument against the movie, as Kender said, we’ll see. I have hope about the tail end where it said something to the effect that the world saw evil. For evil it truly was and is and they WILL PAY!!!

I saw this trailer when I went to see another movie in the theatre. Oliver Stone is a quack who lost a lot of fans when he said Americans were too stupid to appreciate his movie Alexander. This is an attempt to win back American prestige. I don’t think I can watch this or the movie Flight 93. I’ll get too upset.
