The ACLU Combating GOD - Not a Good Idea

Ever since the beginning of recorded time, oppressive governments who suppressed the free exercise of religious worship have fallen. It may have taken centuries in some cases, but ultimately they all fail.

The Babylonians - Failed and according to the book of Revelation, will fail again.

The Romans - Failed when an Emperor converted on his death bed.

The Nazis - Failed when Hitler’s 1000 Year Reich fell to superior Allied Forces.

The Soviets - Failed after 84 years of suppressing the Greek Orthodox Church.

But yet every few decades or so, another backwater, two bit dictator tries to do this. And the biggest enemy of religion in the 20th and 21st Centuries is Socialism and it’s older brother, Communism.

In an age when Communism should be extinct, Venezuela and Bolivia are emerging Communist states. Castro is dying off, N. Korea is starving, and Red China is turning more Capitalist every day (even more so because they rely on slave labor to under sell Capitalist nations). But the wanna be oil baron in Venezuela and the Coke dealer in Bolivia are embracing a failed system. And why are they doing this? Power.

Communism doesn’t have anything to do with the Socialist Utopia that Karl Marx described in his book. Communism uses the promise of that very Utopia to entrance the people into becoming slaves for the dictator taking power. Marx called religion the opiate for the masses, when in fact the false promise of a dream which cannot be achieved as long as man has free will is the true drug that have those on the left side of sane addicted. From Kim Jong IL to Howard Dean and everyone in between, are all on that addictive intoxicant called Socialist thought. And this is the intoxicating promise that will never pan out.

The Great Society has been shown to be a failure. But yet year after year Communists, I mean Democrats (such a bad habit I know - but true), try to implement policies which are designed to re-distribute the wealth of this nation. And day after day the brain-cell of modern Communist thought in the United States, AKA The ACLU, applies pressure on the federal court system to eliminate all public free expression of religious thought (among other Communist goals). And the idiots who blindly give their money to these Socialist organizations (ie: the ACLU, the NEA, PFAW, NOW, PETA, Greenpeace, AFL-CIO, and the DNC) have no idea that it’s being done.

Organized labor spends member dues on political causes without transparency to their members. Just this week it has been revealed what kind of spending done on behalf of members the NEA (the worlds largest teacher’s union) without their knowledge. And upon the release of this information, teachers from Maine to California are irate at this revelation.

The same goes with the 400,000 card carrying members of the largest Communist organization in the western hemisphere, the ACLU. People are duped into paying dues to this Communist front organization with the understanding that they protect the civil liberties of Americans. But yet, the ACLU provides legal representation to terrorists who were captured on missions to destroy Americans and America itself being held outside of the United States. They are NOT American citizens, they are NOT on American soil, they were NOT captured on American soil, and they will NOT be coming to American soil. But yet, the ACLU wants the federal court system to grant these scum, American rights and privileges.

The ACLU is the major organization pushing for the removal of religious expression from public life. Remove religion, eliminate those who effect political thought, limit the scope of the educational system, and remove the ability for the people to think for themselves, these are the tools of the Communists. And these are the underlying goals of the ACLU.

Step one in this Communist Conspiracy is to create chaos. How will they do that? By removing the ability for governments to maintain law and order. Take a look at the law enforcement tools that they oppose. Tasers, photo cop, and the patriot act just to name a few. Eliminate the unborn children under the guise of choice but let convicted murderers live. Give intercity minorities who have been brainwashed into believing that law enforcement is out to get them video cameras so that they can shadow the police during their duty to protect and serve. All while telling you that they are defending the Bill of Rights.

Defending the Bill of Rights, there is the biggest joke of all. The Bill of Rights are Amendments 1 - 10 of the US Constitution. The ACLU ignores the 2nd, 9th, and 10th Amendment as well as the free exercise provision of the 1st Amendment. And the biggest irony of all is the 10th Amendment. I want you to pay attention to this it states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Now like I said, pay attention to this, you will be quizzed on it later.

In 1868, the Congress of the United States passed an Amendment and it was ratified by the people. This Amendment is the 14th Amendment and it says:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the executive and judicial officers of a state, or the members of the legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such state, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such state.

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Now the purpose of this Amendment to the Constitution was to insure all rights, privileges, and protections of the Constitution to former slaves. But in the hands of the ACLU and activist judges, it has become the catch all to trump states rights and authorities. They do this by convincing these activist judges that the Constitutional restrictions on the Congress and other federal bodies apply to the states as well even if the Constitution does not specifically state that. It is an implied meaning. They hide this with the due process argument.

Now, here’s the quiz, no peaking now. What does the ACLU claim to defend? And what specifically is that?

If you can answer that, you are smarter than every liberal in this nation.

The restrictions placed on public displays of nativity scenes, the words Merry Christmas in schools, the pledge of allegiance, and a moment of silence so that children can observe their religious beliefs prior to the beginning of the school day are manufactured by the ACLU and other Communist front organizations by calling on their massive resources to influence judges and convincing them to award high dollar value awards to their “clients” and even more money to them in the form of reimbursed legal fees. Fees which would never be charged to their clients in the first place. Hence the term “pro bono”.

It is these massive fees which are used as a scare tactics by which the ACLU and others strong arm local governments and school boards with threatening letters thereby forcing them to capitulate to the will of the ACLU. Timothy McVeigh isn’t the only home grown terrorist in this nation. The ACLU is the biggest terrorist that this nation ever produced. They have raised more money and gotten more of your personal freedoms removed than anybody else in the history of this nation.

The day is coming when GOD will put an end to this oppression. When 85% of the American people claim to be Christian, 96% celebrate Christmas, and the war on Christmas and religion in general is starting to take the hits that it deserves, the ACLU’s campaign is going bye bye. As a matter of fact, they fail to acknowledge their role in these attacks on religion. And they do it by claiming that they protect the religious freedoms of all. We all have to look through their spit shine and see the underlying mud. Because they are covered in it.
