Holiday Recipe For You All

This is what I’ll be making for dessert tomorrow. My recipe for Ginger Pumpkin Cheescake.
Crumb Crust
I just buy the premade crust:
Pumpkin Filling
1 16 oz package of cream cheese softened
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 15 oz can solid packed pumpkin
3/4 cup sour cream
2 TBSP. Bourbon or 2 TSP. Vanilla Extract
1 TSP. Ground Cinnamon
