Hypocrisy Watch: Media Matters with Ginsburg and Bennett
Posted on November 6, 2005
I went to Media Matters and I was reading their description of the Hannity/McCain interview (Oct. 31) .. it’s funny that this is the way they described Ginsburg wanting to legalize prosititution:
“While Hannity and Miranda have misconstrued this sentence as an argument in favor of constitutional protection for prostitution, Ginsburg was merely stating that an argument could be made that such activity is protected by the Constitution.”
Isn’t this the same thing they complained about with Bennett. He said the argument could be made that aborting black babies would reduce crime. Kinda hypocritical if you ask me.

Sounds like technical lawyerly crap to get around saying what you mean. You get to make the argument for something by stating a misnomer that it isn’t your personal opinion necessarily. In the real world you can see through it. If you were to go up to some guy in a bar and say, It could be argued that you are an ,,,, well get the picture.
