Racism From The Democrats
Posted on November 2, 2005
Exposing racism by the left has quickly turned into a daily event on this blog, so why stop now?
This is a real quote, it was not doctered, it was actually said:
Black Democratic leaders in Maryland say that racially tinged attacks against Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele in his bid for the U.S. Senate are fair because he is a conservative Republican.
So being a conservative black means that you are allowed to be attacked. This comes from the party that claims they are the “big tent”.
From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
In losing a woman, the court with Alito would feature seven white men, one white woman and a black man, who deserves an asterisk because he arguably does not represent the views of mainstream black America.
That man “who deserves an asterisk” is Clarence Thomas.

I would chide Bush for not picking a minority woman as his nominee but I would not condemn him for it. After all, all of the women and minorities who voted for him are getting what they paid for.
On the other hand, Alito isn’t too bad. I like the guy so far. I am doing some background work. After I see about his past and see how the hearings go, then I will form my opinion. Minority or not, he is definitely qualified as far as I can tell so far.
I wrote this to that Milwaukee Paper:
I was shocked to read the editorial piece on the Alito nomination. I’m guessing the “divisiveness” of Roe v Wade, or Brown v BoE didn’t factor into your decision to use that word against Alito. Good and bad rulings have been divisive, and many throughout our history have been troubling. The country is divided, regardless of the nominee. Second, many people recommended Janice Rogers Brown, who would get worse treatment than Alito, judging from your “asterisk” remark about Clarence Thomas. Even Justice O’Connor was opposed by some women’s groups, which makes the whole “diversity” argument seem hypocritical. Conservatives have been in the minority on the Supreme Court for decades. What is happening now is a natural evolution, with the court swinging back to a more moderate ideology. What you call Judge Alito’s “worrisome stands” are not as troubling, or divisive, as Roe v Wade, for example, to many moderates, as well as conservatives. Conservatives want someone who uses judicial restraint, not blindly rules in their favor. This was their problem with Ms. Miers. Intellectual honesty is a hallmark of both Chief Justice Roberts and Judge Alito.
The very fact that we keep track of how many blacks or women are on the Supreme Court give evidence to true racism. We pick who is qualified. If that means the whole bench is white males, so be it. Our Constitution does not define what ethnic and gender need to be on the Supreme Court. Conservatives do want judicial restraint, but they also want rulings in their favor. Here is why this isn’t activism and the liberal judges that legislate from the bench is: we are right and they are wrong. Roe vs. Wade is bad law, and there is no right to privacy, especially as the left wants to define it. According to them privacy goes so far that a husband would have to sit idly by while his wife aborted a baby he helped procreate, if that was her will. There is no right to privacy especially of this nature. That is why Roe vs. Wade needs to be overturned. As far as the racist left goes, what else is new? The most racist people in this world are always screaming about racism everywhere they go. No more Black History month, no more BET channel, and no more NAACP, if you really want to eliminate racism. I love how terrorists like Farrakhan, (yes, I called him a terrorist) and rappers like Kanye West accuse Bush of racism, when the guy has had to blacks, and one of them a black woman in his cabinet. How many did Clinton have?
