Gingrich: Obama Surrendered with Apology to Afghans

So the radical Islamist nutjobs are going bezerk, storming U.S. bases and shooting up in the air while they act like enraged cave men. A koran got burned and the reaction was like someone unlocking the cages at the zoo. Two American Officers have now been shot in the chaos. Guess what Obama did. He apologized to Afghanistan.
Newt says what I feel about this pretty well.
Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich said President Obama “surrendered” Thursday when he apologized to the Afghan government for the burning of several Qurans at an American military base near Kabul.
Referring to the burning of “radical Islamic material” that included the Qurans, the former House speaker said the situation had been “blown into a huge incident by various fanatics in Afghanistan.” He told a crowd gathered at a campaign rally at the Bing Crosby Theater that while the president had apologized for the burning, he had not called on the Afghan government to issue an apology for the deaths of two NATO soldiers who were killed by a man wearing an Afghan army uniform during increasingly violent protests of the desecration of the Muslim holy book.
“There seems to be nothing that radical Islamists can do to get Barack Obama’s attention in a negative way,” Gingrich said, “and he is consistently apologizing to people who do not deserve the apology of the president of the United States, period.”
Obama sent a letter to Afghan President Hamid Karzai in which he wrote, “I wish to express my deep regret for the reported incident. I extend to you and the Afghan people my sincere apologies,” according to the New York Times, quoting Karzai’s press office. Obama did not release the text of what it called a three-page letter on a “host of issues” between the two countries, “several sentences of which relate to this issue,” the Times reported.
” If Hamid Karzai, the president of Afghanistan, doesn’t feel like apologizing, then we should say, ‘Goodbye and good luck, we don’t need to be here risking our lives and wasting our money on somebody who doesn’t care.’”

This goes far beyond the discussion of double standards. We are now firmly engaged in the psychologically sick act of self-destruction. We are no longer satisfied to consider ourselves or the actions of our predecessors loathsome; we are now obsessed with ensuring our own destruction as a nation, a culture, and a people. Our leadership is no longer interested in right or wrong, truth or lie, acts of desecration or accidental disposal, the survival of our nation or the perception of our strength. All that really counts is ensuring the most despicable people and cultures of this world truly believe our heartfelt apology for existing and that we will continue to strive for the total annihilation of our culture, society, and population.
The country I heard about, read about, and was taught about as a child seems to have vaporized. The dream that was the vision of our founding fathers, which was kept alive even through the generation of my parents and a sizeable portion of my generation, has been circumvented by a subculture of prostrating, anti-American self-mutilators who seem to think they represent all of us.
I have sad news for you; you don’t!

Liberalism has now become a certifiable mental disorder. The Bill Mahar, MSM and other mental defectives of the left are so deeply invested with hatred for the U.S., conservatives and anything redolent of the “old ways” that they will proselytize themselves to any and every sick ideology or behavior that comes down the pike. After years and years of trying everything to shame and disgrace the religion(s) of their own culture,(I had my own kick at that cat, but then I grew up) they belly up in a “my enemy’s enemy is my friend” sort of way, with the ultimate example of what they profess to hate so much. This is pretzel logic at its best. Unfortunately this time the highest echelon of the administration of the freaking UNITED STATES of AMERICA is of the same mind. That is the frightening part. never thought I’d see the day.
