Imam Rauf: “We Gotta Build The Mosque At Ground Zero, Otherwise, Islamists Will Get Violent”

Imam Rauf, who could have avoided all this by simply not putting the “cultural center” right near Ground Zero (btw, does anyone, other than gullible liberals, actually believe that the center will allow “separate prayer space for…..Christians, Jews and men and women of other faiths”? Good luck with that). But, hey, now that this is gone on for so long, it’s apparently a national security issue

A Muslim imam behind a proposed cultural center two blocks from New York’s Ground Zero said he must build there despite angry protests in order to defend America and its citizens against a “danger from the radicals in the Muslim world to our national security.”

That’s rather amusing coming from a guy who wants Sharia law in America and refuses to condemn Hamas as a terrorist organization.

“If we move from that location, the story will be that the radicals have taken over the discourse,” Rauf told CNN. “The headlines in the Muslim world will be that Islam is under attack.

Got that? He just put 62% of Americans in the same box as Islamists. Though, interestingly, our “radicals” aren’t strapping on suicide belts, going on shooting rampages, nor hijacking planes and flying them into buildings.

“There is a certain anger here [in America], no doubt,” he said later in the interview. “But if we don’t do this right, anger will explode in the Muslim world. If we don’t do things correctly, this crisis could become much bigger than the Danish cartoon crisis [over images depicting the Prophet Mohammed], which resulted in attacks on Danish embassies in various parts of the Muslim world. And we have a much bigger footprint in the Muslim world.”

So, if we don’t build the “center”, Muslims will do what we have seen them do time and time again, get violent. And on the flip side, if the nutjobs in Florida go ahead with their “Burn The Koran Day” plan, then the Islamists will get violent.

“I would plead with him to seriously consider what he is doing,” Rauf said on CNN. “It is going to feed into the radicals in the Muslim world.

Everything feeds into the radicals in the Muslim world. Building the mosque, not building the mosque, you name it, they get upset.

“We have freedom of speech, but with freedom comes responsibility,” he added. “This is dangerous for our national security, but also it is the un-Christian thing to do.”

On this, I’ll agree with Rauf. This is not the Christian thing to do. It is also not in keeping with “demonstrating peaceably.” Yet, we also have freedom of religion, but, with freedom comes responsibility. And when the majority of Americans see the building of the Cordoba House as a bad thing and a slap in the face to a country that was attacked just a few blocks away, then building it is not in keeping with all the “bridge building” and stuff Rauf talks about. Perhaps he should show respect himself.

Oh, and open the books about where all the money is coming from.

The Imam is right. If the secular world objected to the building of church the leaders of that church (if centered in the teachings of Christ) would pray for guidance then, continue to pray until resistance was resolved and Church was built there or elsewhere. They would then better understand what the will of God was for them as a Church. They wouldn’t discern “right” from any men or man-made beliefs that perpetuate violence and now anticipate it. We are reaching a point of being ridiculous with the argument about Islam. Islam commands true Muslims to violence to advance Islam or gain submission (Jihad) for highest honor. Al-Taqiyya is prescription for those “moderate” Muslims that aren’t capable of the beheading and killing of non-Muslims (Yes. This includes you Atheists and Secular Humanists as well.)in the pursuit of advancing Islam. It is the whole lying to Non-Muslims thing you may or may not heard about. It is a real part of Islamic teachings and explains the whole “trust” issue with Muslims. Remember Munich? It was another “Terrorist” thing before 9/11. Muslims are commanding to advance Islam by any means and implement Sharia law. This is not a “separate church and state” belief system folks. Christians believe the Bible which says “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” thus separation that you all enjoy (including you Agnostics, Atheists and Secular Humanists). Muslims are commanded to control the state. I pray we all wake up.

Imam Rauf say the Muslim world will explode in anger? Well, gosh ‘n golly. I had no idea.
    Let’s fix that for ‘em.

Let’s fire up a few B2s and show them our expression of anger on their rag heads.

They have no idea what anger is until they see (for a few seconds anyway) what’s in store for them.

The Jee-hadis can relax for now, though. Obummer will never throw spitball at them, let alone a nuke or two.

That Imam’s attempts at intimidation are empty threats, and he is too full of himself.

Terrorist organizations have bigger fish to fry and other priorities. They can’t be bothered with giving their support to that little weasel, who apparently took lessons in extortion from Al Sharpton.

His threats were intended for already frightened residents of Manhattan whom he has now made so much more frightened that they will be eager to appeaze that sleazy and unscrupulous, little weasel by acquiescing to whatever he wants.

Never mind that that insufferable, little [edited] is acting like a bratty, petulant and spoiled, little child, who will say whatever he has to say to get his own way, believing as bratty children do, that everybody will be gullible enough to buy into his fantasies and his delusions.

If the people of New York City had any [edited], they would call his bluff and drop-kick his sorry [edited] out into the middle of the Hudson River.

    [edited for profanity]
