Justice Alito’s Joe Wilson Moment?

Politico thinks so, as Alito mouths the words “Thats not true.”

” Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law to open the floodgates for special interests – including foreign corporations – to spend without limit in our elections,” Obama said. “Well I don’t think American elections should be bankrolled by America’s most powerful interests, or worse, by foreign entities. They should be decided by the American people, and that’s why I’m urging Democrats and Republicans to pass a bill that helps to right this wrong.”

The shot of the black-robed Supreme Court justices, stone faced, was priceless.

Chuck Schumer stood up behind the justices and clapped vigorously while Alito shook his head and quietly mouthed his discontent.

Hat tip: Hot Air

Heh, this is how I felt last night.

Only one word came to mind when I first head about this: whoop-de-f***. I can understand complaints about Joe Wilson mouthing off during the speech (even though he was right), but this? This is a non-issue the Dems will attempt to use to distract people from their massive, *relevant* screw-ups.

    Memo for “The Boy President”:

Publicly dissing Supreme Court justices who could potentially determine the constitutionality of ObamaCare isn’t so smart.

Obama was trying to intimidate the Court and he should be very ashamed of himself!

If I were a “swing vote” on that court on any issue, I would say to myself “Don’t let my swing-vote hit you on way OUT the door!”

    Take that.

Let’s see…a good looking, intellectually challenged President whose Administration is highly corrupt….who does he remind me of? Oh, yeah—Warren G Harding!
