Limbaugh Hospitalized, Left Hopes For His Death
The story:
Conservative radio talk host Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a Honolulu hospital on Wednesday afternoon with chest pains, sources told KITV.
Paramedics responded to the call at 2:41 p.m. at the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
Paramedics treated him and took him to Queen’s Medical Center in serious condition. He will not be released from the hospital on Wednesday night, sources said.

Before we crucify the left for their stupidity, we need to examine our own shortcomings. Weren’t there some on the right applauding the death of Ted Kennedy? I know that most of us did not do this. It was the extreme conservatives. Just like the ones attacking Rush are the extreme liberals. We need to ignore these idiots and focus on real people.

I followed all the links and what I saw was a few idiot commenters. Even many of the folk you quote really dislike him, but don’t call for his death, and others voiced personal dislike but wished him good health.
This is not the bloggers themselves, not the media pundits, and certainly not the Democratic Leadership, as all from commenters to Leadership and Pundits of the Right, as well as Rush himself have called for the death of others. Some even giving instructions or video of doing it themselves.
And you reach that far to feign outrage? that is the most pathetic part of all.

1. Conservative hero Andrew Breitbart made some very vile, vicious, and hateful comments about Ted Kennedy the morning after his death. He called him a “villain,” a “big ass mother@#^&!*er,” and a “special pile of human excrement.” He said other nasty things about a man who had not only just died, but about a man who wasn’t even buried yet.
2. On his radio show, Glenn Beck has mused about killing Michael Moore. On his nationally televised cable program, Beck has “joked” about killing Nancy Pelosi by putting poison in her wine.
3. Very recently, Senator Jim Inhofe made some comment about the American people praying for one member of the Senate not to show up for the health care vote. I wonder who that member of the Senate was? Was it 92 year old Robert Byrd?
4. Limbaugh himself has been very nasty about the disadvantaged, the poor, the sick. If I could pick just one example of Limbaugh’s hate (and that’s tough to do because there is so much of it), I would cite his comments about Michael J. Fox and his Parkinson’s Disease.
It’s wrong for anyone to make fun of the dead or wish someone dead, regardless of what “side” you are one. Conservatives need to look in the mirror when complaining about what these leftists are saying. And, I should note, the 4 examples above come from well known national figures, not individual blog posters that few know.
