this is bs.we teach these people to kill with a knife,gun,rifle,rope or anything else at hand.you send them on a mission to capture a proven murderer and scum bag,child killer,sick basta**.and the no good sob gets a bloody lip.who gives a sh** a bullit in his warped brain would have been to good.our troops cannot be treated like this.if we are not going to let them do there jobs that WEtrained them to do,for gods sake bring them home, stupid a** politictions END what do i feel when i shoot a terrorist-recoil!

Tyranny and Treason in Washington:

The current administration is commiting a violiation of our national interest and security with their show trials in New York and exposing Americans once again to grave and present danger. The trials are designed to expose to the world the inter-workings of the Bush Administration, the DOD, and the Intelligence agencies in our country. In doing this, they are exposing the classified methodoligies, techniques, and sources of intelligence collection and analysis that kept our nation safe from 9/11/2001 to 1/23/2009. (Thanks to all of you who serve!) We have already had one major terrorist attack (oh, sorry I ment to say man made event) on U.S. soil since President Obama has taken office. This man made event was by Maj. Husan, the Arab Muslim Jihadist-infiltrator mass murderer aginst my fellow soldiers and citizens. This man made event was allowed to take place because of political correctness causing officials to freeze and not take action against a known threat. We also have the waterboarder show trials that may grow out of this as well. Next we have the persecution of the brave and patriotic Lt. Col. Chessani. I personally have contributed hundreds of dollars to this man’s defense. Next we have the latest outrage against the American armed service personnel who go in harms way. We have the court marshall of three Navy Seals who gave an Al Queda leader a “fat lip” after his arrest. I knew we were loosing this struggle in 2005. A fellow soldier in Iraq was given a field grade Article 15 with loss of pay and reduction in rank after he neutralized the two tangos during an attack against the unit Forward Operating Base. His offense was having unauthorized civilian telescopic sight mounted on his weapon. The tangos had breached the wire and were trying to kill two fellow soldiers pinned down in the middle of the FOB compound. No act of bravery goes unpunished. Mind you this all happened during the Pro-American Bush Administration. Now we have the Anti-American Obama Administration. They have declared open season on those who go in harms way. Who really should be trial here? We clearly have ememies foreign and domestic in Washington. They are also financed and supported by big people inside and outside of the U.S. who hate America. Don’t take my word for it, check out who financed the election of President Obama. I am glad I am military retired now. I would not want President Obama to be my Commander and Chief. I pray that the President and AG Holder will gain some sense before the next attack on the homeland…

Makes one wonder where the priorities of the National Command Authority are set, doesn’t it? I am of a mind to think that there is the hand of the AG, WH CoS and SecState in on this one. And maybe the guy in the obambozo’s neighbourhood, Ayers is even in on it. Hopefully the proceedings will be covered in depth by Fox News. We know the State Run Media will be rooting for convictions. In this case, it seems that the Outstanding Petty Officers that are being charged may have the chain of command by the stacking swivel. Because the option of Commanding Officer’s Non-Judicial Punishment was not taken. It would have been a career ender with no possibility of redress later on. And it is not Admiral’s Mast. In the three branches of the Sea Service it is referred to as Captain’s Mast in the Navy and Coast Guard and Office Hours in the Marine Corps. The Army and Air Force refer to it by it’s UCMJ Article, 15.
It is this Old Retired Petty Officer’s own belief that the fallout from the pre-trial proceedings(Article 34). I was a Restriction Barracks Staff Member/Patrolman/Prisoner Escort for the last 2 and 1/2 years of my career. MCM and UCMJ knowledge was a daily thing. MCM is the Manual For Courts Martial of The United States.
But in this one the court of public opinion may have weight as it did with the Haditha Eight.
It is called the fog of war for a reason. Unless you are deployed in support of inept and indecisive commander in chief during a major hostage crisis in the Southwest Asia theatre. And then it is fly eight cycles a day and pick your butt. Thanks jimmie.
