First a Nobel, now a black belt
Posted on November 23, 2009
Obama already got a Nobel Peace Prize without doing anything at all. And now, he’s been awarded a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, without ever even having practiced the martial art.
Yes, really.
[O]ut of the Seoul sky, President Lee Myung-bak hands over to the American leader a tae kwon do outfit. And then Lee, who practices tae kwon do himself, presents Obama with a coveted black belt.
After zero long years of study.
He’s also sure to win an Academy Award for Best Leading Actor in the critically acclaimed film, “Healing America: The Road to Socialized Health Care”. Yeah, the movie doesn’t exist, but so what?
And hey, so what if he’s never practiced martial arts? He’s still got the ninja skills… sort of. It may not do him any good in a fist fight — Obama always seemed like the cower and hide type to me — but it isn’t the hard work, dedication, and training that matters. Obama’s the great uniter, our Dear Leader, and it’s only appearances that count.

This is not necessarily a bad thing – kind of like getting an honorary degree from a university. I wouldn’t make too much hay out of this. The three biggest stories now, in my opinion are:
ACORN massive document drop by Breitbart
Hacked emails exposing the environmentalist wacko criminals
A disaster of a healthcare bill looming over the US
Somewhere out there Capt. Picard is being treated for a concussion from an unusually hard /facepalm.
