Glenn Beck: The Man With The Plan

This guy’s passion is what draws people to him.

- Education is key, and not just for our children. To that end, we will be conducting a series of conventions. These will be full-day experiences where you will be immersed in learning about topics ranging from self-reliance, community organizing, the economy and how to be a political force in your own neighborhood and country. The first one will be in Orlando at UCF Arena on March 27th…
- All of the above will culminate in The Plan, a book that will provide specific policies, principles and, most importantly, action steps that each of us can take to play a role in this Refounding.

- On August 28, 2010, I ask you, your family and neighbors to join me at the feet of Abraham Lincoln on the National Mall for the unveiling of The Plan and the birthday of a new national movement to restore our great country.

I haven’t heard the plan, so I can’t comment on whether it will work or if it’s a Glenn Beck daydream, but taking action to fill this vacuum is commendable. I’m looking forward to hearing the details.

Update: Responding to some feedback…some capitalists don’t think it is cohesive to build a movement and try to sell a book in the same move. Would it help if Beck stated a certain portion of the proceeds would go towards promoting the movement?

He’s beating the drums of Freedom and has a high visibility platform to launch it from. Go Glenn, take no prisoners. Democrat or Republican, not for the Constitution, then goodbye. I have not had representation in the state of Maryland for more years than I can count. A conversation with Mikulski or Carden is like talking to a wall. They could care less what Marylanders want, its what they want that is always the answer. Let’s vote the robots out and bring back real people.

Glenn Beck is filling the void left by the “leadership” on the Right – the RNC, the Bushes, Juan McCain, Lindsey Gramnesty, etc. The fact that he now wants to enumerate and put down an action plan with conservative roots is a great thing.

Conservatives don’t begrudge someone making money if they earn it, but if you watch him for 2 seconds you can see it’s not about the money for him – he’s already making millions and he earns every penny.

I will say, go Glenn, you go get em, but that would defeat everything that he is about to do.

“WE” need to get em as a collective.Beck many times flips on an irritation switch in my head when watching him with his demeanor but there is no arguing that he and most of us see the same thing happening in the country.

I will attend the event in Florida, there has to be a better way to solve our countires problems other than sending campaign money to the some politician on the “other side” and hope that he/she isn’t screwing us.

Did Glenn ever help out with expenses incurred when his hometown of Mt.Vernon Washington threw a big event in his honor? I would hope so.
