Besides saving water and being an activator for compost, urea is high in nitrogen and one of the best fertilizers. What's really crazy is not doing sensible things, that humans have been doing since the onset of agriculture, only because you non-sensically perceive it as some kind of hippie gaia-loving nonsense. The genuine surprise here is that they're not making them sit down to pee on the hay somehow. I'm sure some of the usual suspects are already hard at work...
