This is so unreal I cannot even recognize this country anymore. Sad. It is time we do something about it. The constitution does not authorize health care ran by the government, it certainly does not mandate forced purchasing of insurance or massive fines or jail to dissenters... It is not equatable to car insurance, as those persons are choosing to drive, have a license and own a car that could easily cause insurance affected damage, etc. I hope a number of people refuse to pay if this becomes "law" and appeal to SCOTUS if need be, this insanity must stop, and if we yet again now carve interstate commerce Wickard v Filburn to even this degree, all bets are off. I called yesterday, and the staff didn't care. Just flat out didn't care. Hagan's office was/is no better. Would love to know the bribes they're getting.
