		<description>I do not like selling health insurance across state lines as it is an attack on states rights.  Health insurance companies operate in more than one state as it is but they have to comply with state laws.   If you want less expensive rates then petition your state legislatures to change deregulate the laws regards health care insurance in your state.   

The pooling sounds like a good idea.  It also sounds a lot like a cooperative.  

I like the lawsuit reform as well though the federal government can only legally reform the federal system and most health care lawsuits should be tried in the state courts.

This makes me nervous about constitutional the GOP plan is.</description>
