Massachusetts makes sure not to let the people speak. I guess you could say that the legislators are Democrats against Democracy.

“The news for Republicans and conservatives was pretty god…”

I’d call that a natural Freudian typo. The G should have been capitalized; oh, you meant to say good. lol

The so called separation of church which is not to be found in the constitution, it’s misapplication by the courts and the marginalization of God as an integral part of America is why such a ballot initiative ever came about. A wicked and perverse generation clamors for an unbridled horse to ride into oblivion; it’s up to those with better judgment to reign in such foolishness.

I was vacationing in Maine this past summer and the local television was plastered with ads promoting homosexual marriage and pushing for votes to make it law.

Let me point out that the homosexual activists have already hijacked the word "gay" and now want to hijack one of the world's oldest traditions, marriage.

No matter how rationally one tries to debate this, the homosexual activists start with the name calling and character assassination when someone disagrees with them. Look what happened in California when voters there voted it down.

I have no problem with people that want to make a life together. If that makes them happy, so be it. I'm not one of the opponents that believes homosexuals should be burned at the stake for being queer. But the backlash will continue to hit them if they don't stop the heavy-handed tactics the homsexual activists use. Unless the more rational and hard-working gay people speak out against those tactics, even legally sanctioned partnerships will become less likely.
