But that leans on the Constitution and frankly Obama and crew backed the bus over it a long time ago. As I said in my post I am convinced now we are in the midst of a revolution. At first I couldn't get a handle on it, because being inside a revolution prevents you from getting perspective. However, the article from Codevilla at the Am.
