Cwazy Maxine Waters Faces Ethics Probe
Interestingly, when one types “Maxine Waters” into the Google search bar, one of the trending topics is “Maxine Waters idiot.” Some of her special moments include praising Fidel Castro and Cuban health care, rationalized the 1992 L.A. riots, stated that Los Federales should investigate people engaged in Constitutionally protected Free Speech as well as calling them “neanderthals,” oh, and grilled bank CEO’s back on February 11, 2009. Yeah, about that grilling….
The House Ethics Committee is investigating Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Los Angeles), who has come under scrutiny because of her husband’s ties to a bank that received federal bailout funds.
The panel’s chairwoman and ranking member announced the committee was extending by 45 days a determination on whether it would conduct a more thorough review of Waters’ conduct, but they declined to say what was being investigated. Waters, one of Los Angeles’ most enduring liberal politicians, also declined to comment.
So much for Nancy Pelosi’s most ethical Congress evah! Where’s the openness and transparency?
