I am very glad to hear that this is being investigated thoroughly. It just can’t bring justice to the Turner family quick enough! I am so happy to hear you say that there is much more to come! Sounds like you may have a heads up on something. I pray for that and for the Turners. Pensacola/Gulf Breeze/P Beach is too beautiful of an area to be drown in greed!

Unbelievable. I’ve worked as well as attended church with Mark Turner and his family and am pained to be witnessing the absolutely unnecessary hell they’ve been put through because of the Pete Moore lawsuit. The Turners deserve justice in this matter. Why the legal system in Pensacola, Florida be used as a weapon against innocent and law-abiding citizens such as Mark Turner needs to be investigated. It sure won’t come from the local newpaper or media as Pete Moore is one of their largest advertisers. This needs to be looked into by someone like Bill O’Reilly who can spotlight national attention on this disgustingly corrupt corner of the Gulf Coast.

@STOPCORRUPTION: Yes, the FBI is another aspect of this. Now people are dead, the Turner family is going through hell and who knows who is next.

@WHO NEEDS THIS! The “fine tooth comb” is being used right now, but Turner knows every aspect of this case, and has every document available to him except for a few specific missing pages in a specific document that just turned up today.

His appeal is coming up, but someone within the Sheriff’s Department and the State Prosecutor’s office must get involved. The State prosecutor’s office is culpable in some of this, it appears.

I would be interested to know if this aspect of the case is currently being “reinvestigated”. I hope SOMEONE is taking the information Mark Turner has made available and is going through it with a fine tooth comb. Answers to questions he is asking might resolve many problems in the panhandle area. I feel there’s probably more than one rotten apple in this bushel.

This whole thing is so terribly sad and just wrong. This could have been prevented. The FBI knew 2 years ago that there are car dealers in the area who are not afraid to hire a “hit” to make their problems go away. Mark Turner has been shouting it from the rooftops since Gonzalez botched a hit on him in dec. 07. There are 36 million reasons why someone would want Mr. Turner to go away. Google: Bud Billings Pete Moore. LET’S NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO ANOTHER FAMILY IN OUR COMMUNITY!
