		<description>I happen to like competition on a state by state basis instead of federal for the simple reason federal competition usually is not real competition as most competitors either merge or get bought out by a few successful ones.  Take the fuel companies or media for example.  This is the same reason I do not want a federal cooperative or a public option.  

A monopoly or virtual monopoly of any sort is a foolish idea.</description>
