		<description>Actually you should read more about Hawaii law before voicing an opinion.   A record of birth of someone born in a foreign country is called a Hawaiian certificate of foreign birth and also includes words to the effect it should not be used for proof of birth in the United States.  That is not what Obama presented nor is it what the state of Hawaii defended in court.
