I wonder if Obama believes he can put Americans into concentration camps without a rebeliion? I wonder if he believes the police would enforce such an outrage?

Can anyone imagine what would have happened if a Republican would have proposed such a thing.

"Am I missing something? The legislation only says that members of hate groups may not join the armed forces."

Yes, I'm afraid you are.

The text of the proposed amendment as introduced says,

“A person associated or affiliated with a group associated with hate-related violence against groups or persons or the United States government, as determined by the Attorney General, may not be recruited, enlisted, or retained in the armed forces.”

The key phrase here is "as determined by the Attorney General".

No due process, just a declaration by a bureaucrat, and you belong to a hate group, are discriminated against, and the "hate group" members and associates (just because Holder says they are, mind you) will have their rights infringed.

Couple that with Rep. Peter King's recent bill, and you lose you gun rights, too.

Am I missing something? The legislation only says that members of hate groups may not join the armed forces. Of course it list white racists and not black ones like the black panthers but all I see is a bill that keeps such people from joining the military.

As for the centers, they can be called nice things until the government decides to lock up people without due cause.

Maybe they will bring the Gitmo terrorists here so they can be treated like citizens.
