If you take away Genesis you take away the knowledge that God has always been the same, without studying it you may have trouble understanding the concept of the Trinity. Or even understanding why we all need to face death. If you take away Exodus you take away the 10 commandments. If you take away Numbers you take away knowledge that our blessings (not salvation) come from acting on faith in facing the Giants. I am not going to suggest that "You are a Christian in name only." If you place your faith in Christ ... But your suggested teaching is less than to be desired. You are Christians in name only. You are the antichrist. Christ is nowhere in your Christianity. Instead of picking through the Bible to pull out individual sentences to back your causes, read what Christ said. You don't need the Old Testament that's for Jews. Adam and Eve doesn't make sense unless you think we're all descended from Jews, I do not. Christianity is supposed to be based on the teachings of Christ, not the thoughts and dreams of his disciples. Christ was the deity not his disciples, therefore we don't need any of the Bible after the first four books of the New Testament. Christianity is about Christ, the rest is moot. Don't get confused by religion. Spirituality is what Christ gives to you, religion is what you force on other people. If the right would focus a little more on education you would know this.
