		<description>The reason that they name Republicans by party affiliation is because criminal mischief is business as usual for the Dems, but it is noteworthy when a Republican does something wrong.  If they don&#039;t name a party, just assume it was a Dem because that would be expected.  At least, this is my theory.</description>
