He CHOOSES to perform a procedure - no one forces him to do it.  He needs to own his choices and the consequences that go with them.

PS:  They get around partial birth abortion, saying it does not exist because the actual medical term for the procedure, &quot;intact dilation and extraction,&quot; lends nothing to the actual nature of the procedure, which DOES actually have an indication for being used, as when a late-term fetus dies in utero and must be removed.</description>
