What about flying in a special pizza chef, or his Valentine's Day trip to Chicago? Something wrong with the restaurants in DC or the surrounding area that could be reached by CAR? Or is it the same line of reasoning as to why he won't send his kids to the same PUBLIC schools so many other DC area residents have no choice but to use, regardless of how poorly educated their children walk away from them upon completion - Good (enough) for thee but not for me? He must have some money of his own, now that he gets the big bucks. Okay, we foot the bill for the secret service folks, duh. Wherever the President goes, they go. What's he supposed to do, never have a personal vacation? He certainly has played fast and loose with the taxpayers' money, but after all that bailout money, what's a mere $45,000?
