After all, if they like us, they aren't as likely to kill millions of us in a nuclear blast. The real risk here is that the nuclear material will be made available to radical islamic groups willing to smuggle the thing into the US. The DPRK really does present a dilema for Obama to handle. He confronted the issue of North Korean militarism yesterday by changing the subject and introducing his SCOTUS nominee.
