Basically, a combination of Hitler's interest in Germanic paganism (most exemplified in his love of Wagner and the artistic works derived therefrom) and a German ban on any overt expression of sympathy for the Nazis have combined in Germany to create a culture of Neo-Nazis who throw a thin veil of paganism over their beliefs.
