National Council of LaRaza.........National Council for a New America. Hmmm, wonder what they were thinking? NEW AMERICA??? I think not.

Geez, the majority of these people are RINOs and AMNESTY lovers. These are many of the people who have participated in the dysfunction of the Republican party. All talk and NO principles. Parading as republicans {believing we have short memories,} they’ll swing left or right, not out of principle but out of political
expedience.

When the hell are Republicans and Conservatives going to learn their lesson? Same ole - same ole. These self appointed leaders are doing everything they possibly can to subdue and control the Tea Party movement while forcing an amnesty down our collective throat. It shocked them and angered them that, for the most part, no one wanted to hear their forked tongues. Now the game's on.....how to bring the base to heel? How to get American citizens to eat the proverbial crap sandwich.

Never do these charlatans speak of 'Representative Republic.' The only time they mention the U.S.
Constitution is when they believe it will schmooze the base. They cherry pick the laws they wish to uphold and refuse to enforce those they don't like. They are participants in legislating around our Constitution. There is but a hair’s breath between them and the liberal/Marxist democrats. All they speak of is destructive
bipartisanship which eliminates the checks and balances meant to keep this government from acquiring even greater power.

They must destroy the symbol of Reagan and his powerful belief in the U.S. Constitution so that conservatives might finally bend over and accept their disloyalty. They had better look at the new Rassmussen poles. The numbers will give them apoplexy.

69% of Republicans say congressional Republicans have lost touch with GOP voters throughout the nation.
More than half of the country, 54% of unaffiliated voters prefer gridlock and do not want the Republicans to work with Obama!

I certainly don't want a "new AmeriKa." Conservatives simply want the United States of America returned to our Constitution and the rule of law, which is our only protection from those who are working to destroy our liberty and freedoms, as our founders knew so well.

This "listening tour" has to get out of the usual places. If I see even one event in Los Angeles or New Hampshire or Iowa, I've had it. I'm so tired of seeing the same states paid attention to and the same issues rehashed over and over and over again. Cantor has this on his website but only people who live in his district can contact him. Who are they going to listen to? People stuck in Democratic districts outside of the DC area are out of luck.

It causes me a BIG belly laugh when I review some of the people called upon by the GOP to re-brand the party. It's kinda like putting OLD and STALE wine in new bottles and expecting to sell the same.

And the fact that the meeting with Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush and Eric Cantor was held at a Pizza joint, is going to FORCE me to throw up from EXCESSIVE laughter!

After reading through the comments I realized that there is a lot of anger out there. If we are going to make our voice heard our message needs to be clear and to the point. We need to get rid of the baggage and move on if we are to succeed. I'm from NY my vote didn't even count so imagine how ticked off I am. This is a good start, the republlican party has gotten caught up in the politics of politicians and forgotten about the people. If this helps renew the ideal that the elected are there to represent the people and not their own agendas I'm all for it.

THis is a good start. However, we already lost with the
McCain name. He should step back for the good of conservatives. The only person i see there that I would vote for is Mitt Romney. He was needed in the last election for us to win. He knows what to do with the economy and everything else.

I am glad to know that the Republicans are trying a new effort. First off folks, don't blame McCain for all the party's messes. Whether he is liberal or conservative, John McCain is probably the biggest patriot in the United States Senate. The reason he lost last year is because most Americans did not like the Republican Party.

But I agree somewhat. I think that the NCNA should be rejuvenated with young people. I would love to help out with this. McCain would be a great mentor to our "kids" and the party would benefit well in the future.
