That anyone will claim to have relied upon the &quot;advice&quot; contained in these works of fiction is laughable.  Each reads like a list of justifications dreamed up around a large conference table by the participants.  One of the more interesting statements is the DOJ admitting that what the CIA is proposing would actually put the US on its own list (maintained by State, not Justice) of authoritarian, oppressive regimes who use torture.  The out, just because the US tells others not to do it doesn&#039;t mean it can&#039;t.</description>
