Liberty Pundit Smacks Down The Hard Left
Liberals wouldn’t know irony if it walked up and smacked them in the face. Think Progress (an ultra-left website specializing in taking stuff conservatives say out of context) is upset because Bill O’Reilly’s crew sent someone to talk to one of them:
Followed by what the TPers go wonky about, then, LP writes
Remember, a year or two ago one of these libtards showed up in O’Reilly’s driveway, doing the same, exact things they’re complaining about here. Their excuse? Oh, it’s because he did it to them a few times (journalists do this from time to time, but that escapes their logic), but this time it’s more than ok, because it’s THEM doing it. Perfect “it’s ok when WE do it” moment.
The left routinely dishes out what it can’t take. They send people to the homes of those they dislike or disagree with to harass them. They send their activists out to follow, hound, harass, and record everything Republican candidates say, hoping to catch something useful for their cause. And, no surprise, at times they get violent.
Definitely read the whole thing.
The scary thing is that TP is asking companies to boycott and/or not advertise on The Factor. And UPS dropped trou and kissed TP’s butt. Oh, well. Bill is surely not worried. There are plenty of companies who want to advertise on the #1 rated cable talk show.

O’reilly deserves to be stalked, that blogger just made a comment about what mr. O’reilly talks in his show.
I do not know what do you guys gain by supporting an idiot like him, that’s why nobody takes the right seriously.
so deep into your belief of correctness supported by a book written thousands of years ago trying to explain the birth of the earth in seven days.
Use your logic
Oh, I don’t know Hector. Thanks to the left and all the idiotic things the dems are doing, I think more and more people are taking the right seriously.
Not sure what the Bible has to do with anything in this post, but you sound like a very angry man, I’ll pray for you.
And Hector just confirms what I said in my post, that there’s “good” stalking and there’s “bad” stalking.
“Good” stalking is when the left does it. By their logic, it’s perfectly ok with for them to stalk and harass people they disagree with simply because it’s THEM doing it.
When the shoe is on the other foot, as it is in this case (except it’s a journalist trying to ask questions and gets some answers out of lefty), then that’s the “bad” kind of stalking. All of a sudden they are outraged about “harassment” and the like.
Their solution is always the same: more harassment, more stalking, threats, and censorship.
ThinkProgress didn’t send a guy to stalk Bill O’Reilly, and putting some random blogger up as an example of hypocrisy for doing the same is pretty unfair.
As a centrist and left leaner on some issues, I’m absolutely baffled at how unhinged the left has become recently. I think Obama encourages some of it, but we have to blame Bush for a lot of it.
However I do agree that the attacks from the left are silly and inconsistent and will eventually backfire.
whatever you say chumpy
