Transparency, Czars, and Experts Are Obama’s Smoke and Mirrors

A few days ago, Politico reported that Obama’s vaunted Economic Recovery Advisory Board supposedly headed by former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker has not even met yet, six weeks after its storied birth at the president’s behest, months after Obama began to shrilly say that we are in the “emergency” of an economic crisis.
Worse, it was revealed that some of the members of this “board” have met, but in smaller groups and in private making the lie to Obama’s self-reverential, and now prosaic claim of the importance he was to place on government transparency.
Also not long ago, it was realized that Obama’s White House website was not being employed in the manner Obama claimed it would once he became president. It was found that quite a few documents, proclamations, executive orders and announcements were never posted on the website that Obama claimed would serve as the way for all Americans to track what government was doing.
And then there are the “czars.” He would, he said, have an expert here, a czar there, to head up important panels of other experts so that we could all be saved from ourselves, so that every ill that faces America could be neatly solved in one great committee effort or another. It would be a momentous and studious approach befitting the “smartest president ever,” like a university faculty board writ large. Less leadership was needed from the top and more study was called for and Obama was just the man to kick off a new age of thoughtful, careful, even painstaking study.
So, have we seen any inkling of success from these czars? How many have even been empowered? Where are these “expert” panels and committees that are so important in this emergency? And, finally, where is the Herculean effort at “transparency” that featured so prominently in nearly every stump speech that Obama uttered over the last four years?
It must be pointed out that it is all been either forgotten, placed firmly on back burners or merely dabbled in with little to show for it.
So, what is the lesson we might learn here? What else but that all Obama’s czars, experts, panels, committees, transparency and claims at better government are little else but hoary campaign rhetoric and it is plain he has no desire to follow up on any of this populist talk. It was all smoke and mirrors, all chicken-in-every-pot boilerplate, and none of it was really going to be in the cards once he won.
Obama has truly fooled the voters. How long until they realize it?

The bama’s use of posting government activities on the internet is a fraud.
He is no Governor Palin. She does it in Alaska. She posts everything that she does except news of Levi and his truck.
She was confronted about the secrecy she uses in regards to her family by some dull ADN (Alaska Daily News) reporter. He wanted to know why she didn’t publish personal matters. She replied that he missinderstood her she reports personnel matters (up to a point) but not personal matters.
ADN would have raked her over the coals for reporting personal matters.
Typical bama logic.
Well isn’t it so very clear. Sarah Palin is the real deal, more like Reagan, than that fraud, anti-everything American, Marxist, rookie idiot. With this fool, who couldn’t get a job as a local cop, has managed to brainwash 1/2 the country, he has the right answers to everything that’s ever been wrong with our country. I think we have Rev Wright and all his hatred and disgust for this country doing what he feels is the right thing to do. Take it apart brick by brick, and fundamentally transform the country. That was his promise, so what’s the result? The USA bankrupt, weak, and looking more like Cuba. Don’t think Obama can’t do this, after all he has Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and hundreds just like them, screwing everything up so much, that it will take a miracle to save the USA. You want to know how we got here? 75% of all College Professors are left wing Liberals, grinding their anti-capitalist, Socialist, if not Communist ideals, in our kid’s heads. It doesn’t stop there, the Ivy league schools like Harvard, and Yale, have 87% liberal left wing, dangerous, anti-capitalist, anti-American, Marxist garbage that they preach as the new truth, to found the new America. This is where the lawyers that make up our Congress are assimilated. God help the USA.
You want more, did anyone ever wander where all this dangerous, radical, Marxist, anti-American garbage came from? This is how the left has learned their new fight. The end is justified by any means. Lie, cheat, steal, rig elections, whatever it takes. Hillary Clinton did her college thesis on this radical vomit. Every time you hear about Omama’s community organizing, ACORN, Apollo, Tides, and never forget SEIU, that’s who wrote the health care reform package. All this and more is straight out of the book by Saul Alinski “Rules for Radicals”. This is the Dem’s, leftist, Marxist, progressive, whatever you want to call this Congress agenda crap. Change the rules, never act fair or reasonable, call them names, make a joke of any objection, remember the end is justified by any means.
One more thing, how could Barny Frank still be in office. I heard him in an interview bragging about his trip to Ca. He and his boyfriend were enjoying the ocean, and getting drunk, in his words, he was feeling frisky. They stumbled up to a empty pool, with no 1 in site they decided to go skinny dipping, in a stranger’s pool. To bad they got away with this crime, if they were caught, they would go to jail for criminal trespassing. Yea he should be in jail, not left to further screw up our housing market…..
