That charter schools are showing amazingly high scroes in reading and math from the students.They have parents and students ready for peak learning experiences. In the upside-down world of Barney Frank and the bama money is being cut off from those vouchered school. Frank and the bama are not in the highest percentile of approval ratings and they want to attract mediocrity only. We will watch DC and Detroit failing schools.
