Freedom Of Abortion Act Coming Sooner Then Later?

That’s what CNS News is reporting

A spokesman for Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said that while re-introducing the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) during the 111th Congress isn’t on his “immediate agenda,” the congressman does plan to do so “sooner rather than later.”

“It’s not going to be (re-introduced) years down the road,” Ilan Kayatsky told CNSNews.com.

FOCA, which was sponsored twice in the Senate by Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), would eliminate state and federal restrictions on abortion, including waiting periods, parental consent, and the ban on partial-birth abortion.

So, we see that Democrats want to expand their #1 Commandment, Thou Shalt Hold Abortion Dearly. Say, wouldn’t this violate the 10th Amendment? I wonder what Dear Leader will have to say about this, being that his was a Constitutional teacher, and during the campaign

He called for reducing abortions and seeking common ground on one of the nation’s most divisive issues — promises that led some on the right to think maybe, just maybe, Barack Obama was a different kind of Democrat.

Remember, Obamabi even had a website paid for by a 525 stating that he was pro-life. Of course, his speaking and voting record say otherwise. NARAL rated him 100% in 2005, 2006, and 2007. And, remember

President Barack Obama, in a campaign speech to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said signing the (Freedom Of Choice Act) into law would be “the first thing I’d do as president.”

Wasn’t Obama just railing about making moral decisions yesterday, regarding rescinding Bush’s block on using federal funds to destroy human embryo’s for worthless research?
