Obama, since the election, has pointed out that people should not take campaign rhetoric too serious. The standard translation of this into normal person talk would be, “I lied to you and if you don’t like it you can kiss my a**.”

The bill went online Thursday night. He’s signing it Tuesday.

I haven’t read it in-dept (it’s almost 800 pages), but as near as I can tell, there’s no earmarks in it.
