Possibly 100K Parents Of US Citizens Deported As Illegals

Sure to bring out all the bleeding hearts

More than 100,000 parents whose children are U.S. citizens were deported over the decade that ended in 2007, a Department of Homeland Security’s investigation has found.

The parents were removed from the country on immigration violations or because they had committed crimes. The removals of the 108,434 parents were among the approximately 2.2 million carried out by immigration officials between 1998 and 2007, Homeland Security Inspector General Richard Skinner said in a report made public Friday.

Skinner warned the numbers were incomplete because Immigration and Customs Enforcement doesn’t fully document such cases. The agency also does not keep track of how many children each parent has. He recommended immigration officials start collecting more data on removed parents and their children.

Sniffle.

And why are the kids legal? Because their parent, quite often on purpose, had them in an attempt to create an “anchor baby,” in the hope that if the parent got caught, they would not be deported.

“I am saddened, but not surprised to learn that our government, in its harsh anti-immigrant stance, has split hundreds of thousands of families apart over the past decade,” said Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y.

“If, in fact, some (children) were left behind here, then you have the sad tragedy of breaking up families,” Serrano said. “If they were taken back, I would argue the direct result of our actions is the deportation of our citizens. How do you deport a U.S. citizen?”

Hey, Jose, did you know that the parents could take their anchor babies with them? And that, yes, it was the fault of the parents for coming here illegally in the first place?

Notice that these same bleeding hearts never mention the crimes committed, nor that kids are seperated from their parents when the parents break the law and are sent to jail? Apparently, only deportation is an issue. Why? Usually, it is because the person is a Democrat and wants to create a new lifetime Dem voter, who is usually on some sort of government assistance. Nice illegals like this

A Gastonia (N.C.) man was arrested Thursday for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl.

Manolo Sanchez Alfaro, 23, of the 1900 block of Keith Drive, was charged with statutory rape/sex offense of a child older than six years.

And he is being held on an immigration hold as a possible illegal, which usually turns out to be what the criminal is.

Why offer sympathy for law breakers? If you love America so much, become a legal citizen. I suppose that’s a difficult concept.

Oh the bright side, it seems that most of the comments on that story are from intelligent people who aren’t “bleeding hearts”.

After all the tears from the dinosaur media about the break up of families it is refreshing to come across a commentator who can see how easily these families can be kept together.

Let them stay. That’s 100,000 fewer jobs for Americans. 100,000 fewer flu shots, 100,000 more people in the health care resources pool (which the gov-mint is about to take over and run with its usual postal-worker efficiency!) The more Americans begin to suffer from the bad policies of Obie-dope and illegal immigration, the sooner they will demand a revolution.

What about the thousands of families (American families, no less) destroyed by Child Protective Services, removing children from their homes with ONLY preponderance of evidence, able to terminate parental rights on ONLY clear and convincing evidence (oftentimes manufactured or manipulated or in cases where proving AGAINST the State’s case, DESTROYED), collecting millions on the taxpayer tab through foster care services and eventually adoption of those AMERICAN children – fraught with corruption and scandal and in some cases, outright malice.

Where’s the outrage on the part of these bleeding-heart Dummycraps?

OK, the 14th amendment says that in order for a person to be a citizen they must be under the jurisdiction of the US government. In order to be under the jurisdiction of the US government the person must have legal status in this country. So, if they are here illegally, they are NOT under the jurisdiction of the US government thus they are not citizens. Read the constitution, understand the constitution, protect the constitution.
